Our Call For Awareness
As much as we love parties and wild nights, we want to express our wish that everyone has a good time during the evenings and nights! What should be self-evident, unfortunately, isn’t always the case, especially when alcohol is involved.
Therefore, the rule is: Only “Yes” means “Yes”. We don’t want anyone to feel harassed. We don’t want people entering tents without an invitation. Also when celebrating, everyone should feel comfortable!
In the case that you or someone from your team feels uncomfortable or needs assistance, don’t hesitate to approach us. All Pumas have an open ear for you. You can recognize the organizing team at the tournament by their rainbow armbands.
The phone numbers of our two awareness persons can be obtained through your team representative.

The donation is part of why we were able to keep the registration fee at the same level as last year – despite rising costs for organizing the tournament.

To help you focus entirely on playing at the 3SamCup, we’ve gone the extra mile to bring in some top-level head referees!
We’re excited to announce that we succeeded – and proudly present our five top-tier refs:

- Patrick Greiner
Between them, they hold one black and four gold licenses (plus others in different officiating disciplines) and bring a wealth of experience from league games, countless tournaments, and multiple European and World Championships! This not only ensures high-quality officiating at the 3SamCup, but also gives your own team refs a great opportunity to learn from the best.
If you have any general rules questions or want to understand field mechanics better, our elite zebras will gladly help—and maybe even throw in an anecdote or two!
You Need Equipment? Preorder Now at Northern Soul!
Unfortunately, the density of walk-in Lacrosse shops in Germany is still quite low. But we’ve got something for you!
Northern Soul, represented by Chris Webborn, is offering you the chance to pre-order equipment for the 3SamCup.
Here’s how it works:
- Browse the range on the Northern Soul website
- Send your order by email to
- Chris will handle the payment process
- You'll receive a code that allows you to pick up your gear at our info stand during the 3SamCup (July 4th–6th)
- And then? Play Lacrosse!
Important: To ensure your gear arrives on time, your order must reach Chris by Friday, June 13th at 1:00 PM.
If you order by Wednesday, June 18th at 10:00 AM, there's still a 75% chance your gear will make it in time.
If the equipment is already stocked in Germany, ordering until Monday, June 30th at 2:00 PM is still okay.

Wanted: Pickup Players (m/f/mixed)
Just a little over six weeks to go until the 3SamCup 2025!
From July 4th to 6th, the sticks of 20 teams will be on fire!
Seven women’s teams, eight men’s teams, and — to our delight — five mixed teams will be competing for a trophy at Germany’s hottest lacrosse tournament!
To make sure everyone still has energy for the players party in the evening, a few teams are looking for some extra support in the form of pickup players.

Wanted: Paid Officials!
Are you a referee with at least an L2 license (or very ambitious at the L1 level)?
Are you excited to join the 3SamCup, officiate games, celebrate, and earn a little on the side? Then get in touch with us! We are looking for two officials per discipline to share the games as head referees. This way, we make sure there’s always a strong Team Zebra on the field!
Matches are played on July 5th and 6th!
Here’s what you’ll get:
- €250 compensation (travel costs on your own)
- Free food and non-alcoholic drinks all weekend
- Accommodation in your own tent right by the fields
- Alternatively: we can book a camper van or other accommodation for you or several head officials. The cost will be deducted from your compensation
- A players’ party and lots of fun!
